Seriously. I know you can get a DUI for riding a bike while drunk and for drunk boating. The thing is, I live in Alaska and dog sled competitively. Every once in a while I get loaded and have the dogs take me home. Could I get a DUI for that if the cops caught me?

Well that depends on if the law considers dog sledding as driving.
I would say that yes if biking while drunk can count for getting a DUI then dog sledding would be the same. I could even imagine it being counted towards animal abuse since their owner is inebriated and “unable to care for them properly.”
If nothing else you would at least be in trouble for public drunkenness.

I think so…

check out AS 28.40.100 – Definitions for Alaska Statute Title 28.
(page 4 (13) and page 11, under “notes”)
doesn’t sound very safe anyway, what if the sled turned over, would you be capable of righting it or caring for your dogs when you are loaded?

No, as long you are not on a public road you are ok, however if you do something weird enough to get their attention, you could be looking at public intoxication.
