The Fête des Neiges takes place over three consecutive weekends from January 28 in Parc Jean-Drapeau.

The fairy-tale kingdom of Boule de Neige is dominated by a magnificent snow castle, within which lurk various medieval characters. Outdoor frolics include sled-dog racing and an attempt at the world record for speed ice-sculpting. Alternatively, take a lesson in ice-climbing – it's a useful skill in these parts.
