Dogs racing 4 Comments »I remember reading this book in school and seeing the movie in school too. All I remember about it is a kid and a dog in a snow sled race and the dog dies just before the end of the race because her heart gave out or something
I’m thinking of racing in it next year and I was wondering how to best put together a team. Any suggestions? Do I have to use dogs? Can I have my friend Johnny Tsunami pull the sled, along with the dogs? He’s pretty strong.

I only have one very sturdy dog, not one of the racing sort of dogs and I’d like to run her and I know in the junior competitions just one dog can pull a sled so I was wondering what size would be good.
