Tails were a waggin’ today in anticipation for this years winner of the “Beargrease Cutest Puppy Contest!
Dogs of all shapes and sizes filled the halls of Fitger’s, while judges walked through to pick this years prettiest pup. Some of the canine were dog-tired and while others were pretty in pink.
WDIO’s own , Brady Smith was with his dog Teddy. Teddy did not win today, that honor instead went to….”Trapper”, a white Samoyed. trapper won several gift certificates, a medal and some dog training classes.
The kids can give dog mushing a try. dog sled rides will be available at the Northland Country Club from 10am to 1pm, all proceeds will benefit “Outdoor Edventures”.
The running of this year’s Beargrease begins at 1PM at the Ordean Middle School Stadium.
